ON HEALING

I believe in the deep restorative, healing capacity within each and every one of us.  I know the yoga mat and meditation cushion to be a place where this healing can occur.

ON MEDITATION & YOGA

I believe we already have everything we need and know what we need to know if we can be still and listen deeply. I believe that meditation is the game-changer that helps us connect to this deep knowing, this connection to ourselves, others and something much greater than ourselves. Yoga practice helps us cultivate resilience and balance energy. The result is clear seeing, strength, steadiness, and an ability to live into all parts of our life with vitality, grace and joy. When we drop in on the soul level, everything just feels better.

ON LOVE

I believe that love is the one undeniable, inexhaustible real thing we can always count on. I believe that kindness matters. I believe we are here now, in this lifetime to help each other. I believe in the fantastic joy of this full, energetic, sometimes crazy life. I believe in the huge capacity of the human heart to grow, to love and to heal.

ON VITALITY

I believe that the practices of yoga, meditation, detoxification and ‘clean living’ clear out the clutter we’ve acquired throughout the experiences of life.  As we dive beneath the surface of tight muscles, busy minds, storied histories and overloaded body systems, we clear space for our light and vitality to rise and shine through. Health and vitality are revealed.

ON RESULTS

When we carve out time to optimize all aspects of the self - mind, body, spirit we understand how to connect with our most vibrant and purposeful self. This understanding leads us to understand others and relate to the world around us in more compassionate, connected ways.  We get better at life, love, work and relationships. A transformed life of health, purpose, and bliss is the result.
